  • Royal Mail: UK’s national postal service, reliable nationwide coverage

  • Yodel: Home delivery and collection point options

How do I know who’s delivering? When completing your order on Amazon.co.uk (or the seller’s site), you’ll see:

UK Delivery Zones

Who can receive delivery?

Mainland UK: All mainland England, Wales and Scotland postcodes. Standard 3-5 day delivery.

Scottish Highlands & Islands: Delivery available but extended timeframe (5-10 days). Additional charges may apply.

Northern Ireland: Delivery available. Some products may have restrictions. Check eligibility on Amazon.co.uk.

What if my parcel is damaged?
